Canapés for the GM at The @oocapetown this afternoon. To tell you the truth I had nothing planned for today's canapés, what I wrote in my diary was the canapés for the Wine and Dine next week, so, so this came up. I realized this month I have been really inspired by the flavours that beetroot brings out in a dish, an awesome ingredient you can play around with in both dessert and savory dishes, it's a winner!!
