️MOLTEN QUINOA BROWNIES️

As promised, here is the recipe for these beautiful gooey chocolatey brownies️
.
INGREDIENTS:
200g quinoa (cooked and soaked)(to keep this recipe raw you can use activated quinoa instead by soaking raw quinoa overnight in water and draining it)
1 banana mashed
1 Handful of crushed walnuts
1 Handful of dried cranberries
2 heaped tablespoons of coconut flour
200g home made dark molten chocolate (see below)
2 tablespoon honey
.
Mix the cooked quinoa with 150g of the homemade molten chocolate, ensure the quinoa is properly coated, it will start to look like chocolate caviar!
Add in the honey and the banana and blend it through
Add the coconut flour and the nuts and incorporate well until you can't see any white coconut flour
line a baking tray with parchment paper and evenly distribute the brownie mixture into the tray- press down on the brownie mixture to ensure it is compact in the baking tray
 top with the rest of the molten chocolate, coconut chips and puffed millet for extra protein (you can get creative and top with toppings of your choice)
Refrigerate for 2 hours of overnight and cut into slices and enjoy!

MAKES: 9 squares
TIME: 15 minutes excluding cooling time

FOR THE MOLTEN HOMEMADE DARK CHOCOLATE:
.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup coconut oil 1 cup cacao powder 2 tbsp of honey
.
METHOD:
Melt the 1 cup coconut oil
 mix in the  1 cup cacao powder adding gradually
add the 2 tbsp of honey and mix well
.
