A few weeks after I started working at The Pot Luck Club, I remember being served oats for staff breakfast. They were the most delicious oats ever, and as I discussed this with my colleagues, one of them remarked, "They're chefs oats." Well, today is the day I can proudly say that I, too, can make chefs oats  hello, Sunday! 🌞
