A literally 3 mins Asian veggie stir fry. Taking advantage of the summer month when Asian veggies are in "season" in Cape Town.
Stir fry Kangkung Belacan (water cress) with long beans (kacang panjang), tofu and bean sprout. Simply fried with sambal / chili paste, garlic onion, and dried shrimp.
This time I served it with quick and easy grilled prawn with honey sweet sauce marinate and white rice.
