Creamy pesto : fry chopped leaks in pan with olive oil, add garlic to pan and a cup of coco milk. Then make your pesto with basil, pine nuts, garlic, salt, olive oil and nutritional yeast (or Parmesan if you don&039;t mind) blend and add to the pan. Put on low heat and let cook until sauce is reduced. Add a lime and halved cherry tomatoes and then cooked pasta ! .
