Apricots are in season and I couldn't resist buying a whole glut of them from City Farm market this weekend. This Orange blossom and Apricot preserve I made was crazy good and although it does contain sugar I did use half the recommended amount generally used to make jam. You get a more loose preserve style product and it has a more fruity fresh taste. The orange blossom lifts it into a whole different space  So excited about all the things I am going to make with this  recipe on the blog tomorrow!
