Dinner: Black mushrooms stuffed with spinach, goats cheese, basil pesto & a black olive crumb, served with green beans & roasted cherry tomatoes.
Dinner with a dear friend at The Black Sheep, a lovely neighborhood eatery that I visit far too infrequently. Had jalapeño croquettes and ultimate grilled cheese toasted to start, and a stonking bottle of Sijnn white blend, bien sur.
