CUCUMBER & RADDISH WITH HERBED GOAT CHEESE & CRISP BREAD:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 C
2. Mix the cheese in a bowl until smooth, add dill, garlic, and olive oil and mix well. Season salt, pepper, and lemon juice
3. Roast the bread in the oven, until golden and crisp; set aside to cool
4. Toast sesame seed in a pan over medium heat, stirring regularly
5. For the dressing, mix the olive oil, honey, and lemon juice together
6. Spoon the dollop of cheese mixture on a plate and dress with cucumber and radishes 
7. Top with a little dressing, sprinkle over with sesame seeds, serve with bread
8. Enjoy with a shot of ice-cold Beluga Noble
