I cannot wait for lots of this deliciousness @la_tete_restaurant next week! My friend Giles opened this spot on Bree St (Cape Town) to rave reviews in November. From his background at St John in London and his passion for Nose-to-Tail / Carcass Cooking -and just down right darn delicious flavour- Giles is doing something unique and exciting for Cape Town let alone South Africa!! Be warned @giles.edwards I can't say you won't be inundated by a bunch of giggling rowdy girls fuelled up on bubbly... 🍾🍾
