I love what I do because I can decide in a day to change my wedges for healthier salad. Traditionally smoked meat is served with slaw but I was not keen on mayonnaise and cabbage. So I developed the Asian slaw with a dressing of sesame oil, Soya, honey, coriander. It's so delicious I could drink it as is...haha  slaw development
