Late night work sessions…still smiling, although I&039;m feeling a little anxious – with the continuous weather updates about this big storm brewing and namely the fact that our cargo has been grounded due to the travel ban from Qatar to Dubai . •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••How do you keep stress at bay? My musts are;
1. A block of dark chocolate/ Cacao smoothie (must be the extra magnesium needed ) and nutritious food 🥘
2. 30min excercise 5 times a week (I used to be avid hiker, but being a busy mom of 2 small cubs I have limited time, so making my fitness routine concentrated (at home/studio/ kitchen/ gym) is my option for now – sometimes it&039;s just calve raises or squats in between everything thatsok workwithwhatyougot momlife
3. Stepping back/sleeping 😴 over a decision or problem – has 99.9% been the best thing I could have done.
4. Acting with grace: in the face of fire acting calm and collected (even though inside you are &039;freaking out&039;), I find this to be a good way to diffuse the pressure, get the right answers and for others to co-operate. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
…let me get moving! Keep warm, safe and if you are on the roads give something to those less fortunate. 🌬️
