Made a 10/10 bobotie last night for dinner. Paired it with roasted truffle brussels sprouts and lemon pine nut beets.
We ground up frozen meat (pork and beef) from the freezer (thawed) with apricots and yellow madras curry powder then prepared as normal. I used a full cup of raisins and doubled the amount of spice from my recipe (on blog). The resident South African said it was as good as home.
