I&039;ve been trying to add more ancient grains , such as the sprouted red quinoa and also more fermented foods which help aid digestion and heal the gut. .
This mango maca smoothie bowl is not only blended with chiaseeds glutenfreeoats and sproutedquinoa but I also mixed some kefirwater in. .
