Oh my gosh I just love breakfast!
This is my ultimate favorite meal to start the day: gluten free oats, any nut butter, stewed apples (raisins, apple, cinnamon and water until soft) and lots of cinnamon! I also love my pick me up drink of fresh lemon juice, hot water and sliced ginger! This meal keeps me full for long and to be honest it tastes like a naughty meal, it&039;s so delicious, so I just love it!
