Okay here&039;s my first take on that dessert mission I mentioned using mushrooms, my initial plan was button mushrooms and thanks to @woolworths_sa I discovered dried porcini mushrooms. (Very earthy and great for risottos) – however I discovered that there&039;s a very distinct flavor when pairing these mushrooms with pistachio nuts. Cc @yuluishii. So what we have here is bomboloni doughnuts. Chocolate dukkah, porcini creme and pistachio gelato.
