Sundried Tomato & Avo Cabbage Salad

Sometimes the "quick I'm starving" dinners turn out to be the absolute bomb!

Just whipped up this amazeballs cabbage salad! Did you know that raw cabbage contains vitamin u?  One of the only vitamins to help heal peptic and colon ulcers.

I ate a lot of cabbage when I was very sick so I must say I haven't touched it for a while....but I think Im hooked again after this

A super simple mix of raw cabbage, avo and chickpeas. 
I roasted the chickpeas in the new @pesto_princess Sundried Tomato pesto (check out my insta stoy) which is dairy free and vegan by the way! Then made an avo sauce / paste of avo, olive oil, salt, more Sundried Tomato pesto and lemon and mixed that into the cabbage.
