🏼black bean beet burger:
1 cup quinoa cooked 
1 potato peeled & boiled 
1 can black beans 
1 small beet grated 
Handful spinach chopped
1/2 cup gluten free oat powder 
1 tsp ginger 
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp onion powder 
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp garlic 
1/2 cup plant cheese 
1 tbsp oil
Salt & pepper
🏼Cashew cilantro mayo:
1/2 cup cashews soaked 
1 cup cilantro 
3 tbsp vegan mayo
1/2 white onion
Juice one lemon
1 tbsp garlic 
1 tbsp olive oil
Water till desired and consistency 
Salt to taste 
1. Boil potato an grate the small beet
2. Add everything to food processor combine and set in fridge overnight 
3. Form patties and bake at 375F for thirty mins 
4. Combine all mayo ingredients into blender, mix and set in fridge for twenty mins.
5.assemble with fav toppings and enjoy!
