Weekend brunching.. who says you have to have eggs for breakfast?! Visited the Loading Bay and had the best bircher muesli and health bowl. The bircher muesli was soaked in apple juice mixed with grated pear and crushed almonds, served with fruit. The health bowl was a combo of rolled oats, quinoa and chia seeds, labneh, berry compote and fruit on the side. Oh and a matcha  to wash it down. Definitely a good weekend treat🍐🥝
